Diane Lynas

Diane started her “canine journey” with the purchase of her first Sheltie in 1989.  Over the years, she has had the opportunity to learn from excellent instructors in Alberta in obedience, conformation and rally obedience.

Diane competed in both conformation and obedience over the years but was drawn more to the obedience side of learning, teaching and competition.   Diane is a former CKC Obedience and Rally Obedience Judge and was involved for more than 10 years in 4-H both as a Canine Leader and General Leader.  Most recently, she participated in the AKC Virtual Rally Novice program and obtained the AKC Virtual Rally Novice title with her Corgi.

Diane has taught obedience for over two decades and rally obedience with the inception of CKC Rally Obedience.   She is committed and passionate about helping her students and their canine partners bond, learn, enjoy the journey, and reach and obtain their goals.

“Don’t walk in front of me, for I may not follow.  Don’t walk behind me for I may not lead, just walk beside me and be my companion.”
