Lorette Ball

Lorette began with obedience in 1981, quickly moved into Junior Handling after attaining the first of many CD titles, then the natural progression into conformation occurred somewhere in there as well and by 1983 Lorette had already began facilitating handling classes. She has done training, grooming and has attended dog shows across Canada and the US. Much of her knowledge has come from growing up in the sport, travelling with and working for some of the best Professional Handlers in Canada. She has been fortunate in having attended a great many workshops, classes and seminars put on by a variety of very experience people in the fancy.

She has piloted and/or helped to pilot over 100 dogs to their Canadian Championship and has attained many great wins along the way, some of which include 13 Best in Show on MBIS MBPIS Am/Can GCh EXC Talamar Raze Aruckus At LorWin CGN, HC; 2 Best in Show and 1 National Specialty Show win on BINSS MBIS GCH EXC Havntyme El Vengador CGN, AOM; 2 Best in Show and 2 Reserve Best in Show on MBIS MRBIS GCH EXC Pomdell’s Ninja Warrior CGN; a Reserve Best in Show on RBIS GCH That’s Better Than Sex Too Eh as well as a Reserve Best in Show on GCH Henwrach LorWin Loco Motion, just to name a few.

Lorette has taught conformation classes and seminars in various cities within Alberta and BC, teaching both indoors and outdoors and her goal is to work with the handler to show his/her exhibit to the best of their ability – and to have fun while doing it!
